Zero-Depth Vaginoplasty (Vulvoplasty) — creates external female anatomy without a vaginal canal. Shorter recovery, no dilation required. Suited to patients who do not require penetrative depth.

MTF Vaginoplasty (all techniques): pricing is provided prior to consultation and reflects the technique complexity, surgical team, and included services. Typically, prices for APS vaginoplasties range from $5,000-$18,000.
Each APS surgery includes the surgical team, general anaesthesia, a 5-night hospital stay with meals OR a 1-night clinic stay, post-operative medication, dilation equipment, and daily nursing visits at your accommodation after discharge. Two online psychiatric evaluations (legally required) are also arranged by APS at no extra charge.
Compared to the United States (where MTF surgery typically costs $50,000–$80,000) or the UK and Australia, APS’s all-inclusive Thailand pricing represents savings of 60–80% without compromising care quality.

Medical requirements:
Ideally, every patient has an official gender dysphoria diagnosis from their home country. On top of that, every patient must complete two APS Online Psychiatric Evaluations to confirm gender dysphoria. APS works with industry-leading specialists in transgender psychiatric care. This way, we can protect long-term health and well-being of each patient. Additionally, it serves as a proof each patient is mentally capable and willing to undergo sex change surgery. APS arranges the two Thai evaluations as part of your package at no extra cost.
HRT documentation if applicable — your current hormone regimen, duration, and prescribing physician details.
General health clearance: blood tests (CBC, HIV, liver and kidney function), chest X-ray, and ECG. These can be completed at your local GP or clinic before traveling. — Minimum age: 18 years (with legal guardian’s consent) or 20 years (no legal guardian’s consent needed).
Practical documents:
Valid passport, required for hospital admission as an international patient.
